Located in Excelsior Springs, this small deck girder bridge crosses Titus Avenue near Jesse James Road.
Built in 1903, the bridge consists of a single deck plate girder span, with a concrete slab approach on the south end. The entire bridge sits on concrete substructures.
It is unknown why a slab approach was added. It is also unknown if this was added at a later date, as the south pier appears identical to the north abutment.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair to good condition, with no major deterioration noted.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common designs.
